Teams insights for Admins - Overview of all teams

Is there a way to get similar teams insights statistics for IT admins as a whole school collection?

 

I have a member of staff who want to know how many assignments have been looked at and submitted across all the teams, the general report on admin doesn't give this information however insights does but its only for owners of each individual team

Not that I've found. There are various reports you can run but they're too generic - ie users logging in to Teams - that's as much as you get.

 

I did see a project somewhere trying to achieve this but it's not done yet and is still in development.
