Get Email to Show - SpiceWorks

Afternoon, we tried this before but it wouldn't show basically:

 

When we close a ticket on Spiceworks Cloud we want to send a survey ie a google form at the end when the ticket is closed but currently, we have the form in the signature but internal gmail doesn't show the signature, anyone found a way around this or am I being incredibly thick on this occasion
