OllyM Posted June 2, 2020 Posted June 2, 2020 Hi all I have a laptop with a single screen. I want to do a presentation via Teams where I share the Powerpoint presentation window with my colleagues. However I need to see the Presentation notes at the same time. Any ideas on how I can do this? I can share the presentation "window" (actually full screen view) with Teams, which allows me to use the edit window of Powerpoint, but that means that I need to space to the next slide, click on the next slide in edit view, then read the notes. It doesn't show the notes suitable for the slide being shown at the time. Any suggestions? O
robyholmes Posted June 2, 2020 Posted June 2, 2020 Have a look at this: Seems you can do it but its not clear that your view is different to the people viewing it.
simpsonj Posted June 2, 2020 Posted June 2, 2020 Might be possible using a Teams Live Event, rather than a meeting. I'm no expert though, only had a little play about with it yesterday!
