Mobile Registration - Emerge or other systems?

Good Afternoon,

 

I'm after the best and hopefully most cost effective solution for doing mobile registration on iPad mini's/mobile devices.

 

We have SIMS as our MIS and a few years ago we moved from Emerge (it was painfully slow) to Edulink One.

 

Whilst Edulink One works well we don't use any of the other features (other systems have been bought) so £3000 a year for 20 members of staff to register their students doesn't seem cost effective. I was wondering if there are any other choices cheaper than this that work well?

 

One alternative I need to look into is using RDS app has anyone set this up instead as a viable solution?

TASC Software might have a solution that is better value. We used to use PARS.

I am Head of Operations at Overnet Data (who make Edulink One), Edulink One only costs a up to £2,000 per year for secondary schools with lower pricing for primary and special schools. It sounds like your school is quite small?

 

Please give us a call (01604 807545) and ask to speak to myself (Lucy) so I can check your contract for you as you should not be paying £3,000 per year
