Prevent students from video calling each other within Teams

We're currently looking to rollout Teams to our students to allow them to keep in touch with staff. However, we don't want them to be able to make video calls / have meetings amongst them selves (yet). How do I go about this?

You'll need to assign policys or policy packages to each pupil - there are some preprepared pols for primary and secondary that stop this(the primary one certainly does)
