SIMS Options on Remote Desktop Server

We seem to be having an issue with some users accessing SIMS Options on our remote desktop server. The error message we get when trying to access it is 'Error: Password file not found - aborting...'.

I'm able to access it fine on a local workstation, just not on the server.

 

I've tried all the steps as outlined in this support document - https://support.capitasoftware.com/csm/?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0022264 and also tried to locate and replicate a secondary sims.ini file which it mentions but had no luck.

Try installing BDE on the server as well, the easiest way to get this is to get a NovaT satalite installer, run that and then run the BDE setup from there.

 

Can't remember if it was this exact issue or not, but know it helped with something else...

Afraid it is installed. It works for one of our test accounts and another one of our admin accounts, but not for my admin account or the person who needs it.

I've also tried reinstalling SIMS and BDE, but still the same problem.
