Good Morning,

I am just wondering if anyone has any ideas. A couple of users are having issues with an always on VPN connection. The connection is pushed out through Intune and has been working fine. Recently though they have been having a random issue where the VPN will be disconnected and they will not be able to connect again. This is the error that they get.

"The network connection between your computer and the VPN server could not be established because the remote server is not responding. This could be because one of the network devices (e.g firewalls, NAT, routers etc) between your computer and the remote server is not configured to allow VPN connections. Please contact your Administrator or your service provider to determine which device may be causing the problem."

I don't see how this is a network problem though as many other connections are working fine and have the same setup and the connection works for these end users intermittently.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Cheers

We had an issue with windows 10 1903 and aovpn. If you auto connect or use the method from the systray network icon it will not connect. Connect via control panel with auto turned off and it was fine
