To work, under the direction of the IT manager, to enhance and maintain the schools’ servers, network and infrastructure.

To ensure staff and students have fully functional hardware.

To provide IT support to staff and students

To be part of the team ensuring good use of resources

Supporting approximately 150 staff and students using Windows 10 desktops, laptops and tablets

Providing support with Microsoft Office 2016, specialist communication software and educational software

Installing and configuring new and existing PCs, laptops and other ICT devices

Installing and maintaining server hardware including Virtual Machines in a VMWare environment

Installing and maintaining Windows 2012 servers
