Moving to Hybrid Azure AD help and managing devices

I would like to manage offsite Windows devices. I currently have a single forest On-Prem AD synced to 365 for passwords. I have been looking at Hybird Azure setup to enroll the devices but I'm not sure how I would manage my devices remotely. Is there a way to still use Group Policy or do I need to also use an MDM such as Intune?

You will require Intune and license which incorporate Intune. There are some policies within GPO to enable MDM registration, in your Azure AD connect you also need to sync your devices into the cloud to achieve Hybrid AD joined.
