Office 365 audio notifications = off ?

How do you turn off the Office 365 Audio notification i.e. when I get a new e-mail as it is distracting in Teams calls? The end user has then Outlook ones turned off now they would like to do the same to Office 365.

How do you turn off the Office 365 Audio notification i.e. when I get a new e-mail as it is distracting in Teams calls? The end user has then Outlook ones turned off now they would like to do the same to Office 365.

 

New mail sound in Office 365 can be turned off in the Settings > General > Notifications > In-app notifications

 

But it is only when OWA is open.
