genesis Posted April 1, 2020 Posted April 1, 2020 (edited) Hi We are having Windows 2012 Remote Desktop services server in our network. Our staff use their laptops for connecting remotely to our RDP server to access home drives and shared drives. We have set up multifactor authentication for our 0365, so whenever staff access 0365 web mail on the laptop from outside the organisation, they get a approval prompt(Microsoft authenticator app.) on their smart phones and only if they approve it will allow to log into the 0365. Will it be possible to implement a 2 factor authentication to make it more secure? Or Do i need to procure any 3rd party software to achieve this 2 factor authentication? Any help much appreciated. Thanks in advance Edited April 1, 2020 by genesis
