Office 2016 Encryption

Hi

 

Im getting this error when clicking on Permisions and selecting Connect to rights management servers in Outlook 2016

 

"sorry something went wrong opening information rights management protected content. the directory server was not available"

 

We use Office 365 so does anyone know whats causing it?

Can anyone help with this? It wont download the Encrypt, Do Not forward templates from office 365 to Outlook and happens on almost every computer in both Outlook 365 and 2016.
