Microsoft Teams issue

Have just getting an issue in Teams reported by one user can add loads of people to their contacts in Teams but with one user they try to add they get error "We couldn't add a mate to the group" we have in house Exchange have had a look at other users and these are the same as the user they can't add all internal users including the one they can't a quick google says it might be a Teams bug but just wondering if anyone has come across this as not seen it before.
