elsiegee40 Posted March 25, 2020 Posted March 25, 2020 (edited) I am scratching my head about this one. Daughter’s laptop works fine until she tries to watch any form of video in full screen mode. “It's fine when the bar at the bottom is up but then as soon as the mouse and everything disappears everything goes black” In full screen, the sound continues but the screen blacks out. She can hit Escape and get back. Any ideas? Edited March 25, 2020 by elsiegee40
6Foot2 Posted March 25, 2020 Posted March 25, 2020 I am sure I have seen something like this a while ago, and as I recall it was fixed with a video driver update. Sorry if you have already eliminated this option, but worth suggesting? 1

Good suggestion This is complicated by said Daughter being our covid-19 patient, so I haven’t actually had hands on this laptop. Will have to see what I can do. Edited March 25, 2020 by elsiegee40
