Hangouts and LgFL with Smoothwall

Our Network Manager is trying to get GSuite Hangouts/Meet working inside school

We use Smoothwall and LGfL connection.

He believes the problem is with LGfL, anyone else using LGfL that can let me know what needs to be done to allow the connection.

Hi Paul,

 

You need to raise a Firewall request and ask for UDP 19302-19309 to be opened to Google NetBlocks.
