[Gsuite] Send Out Of Office to only those outside the domain

Is there a way on Gsuite to send an Out Of Office to those outside the domain? I can only see the option to enable within the organisation or to everyone?

Managed to stop internal users getting the out of office message by configuring Content Compliance and regex rules.
