SimonWindisch Posted March 11, 2020 Posted March 11, 2020 Hi there I've been searching for this, and couldn't find the answer stated directly, so I thought it would be helpful to spell it out here, for others to find... In Word there is a button to insert online images, it does a Bing image search within Word. Some of these results are not child-safe, and there might be a requirement to disable this button This can be done by Group Policy (GPO) User Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> Microsoft Word 2016 -> Disable Items in User Interface -> Custom -> Disable Commands Set this to Enabled and add an ID value of 20868 (otherwise known as ClipArtInsertDialog (I know!!!)) Users linked to this Group Policy will have the "Online Pictures" button greyed out. You will need the Administrative Template files for Office 2016/9 to see this GPO setting This also works in Word 2019 (with the Office 2016 GPO template) 4
jthompson Posted March 11, 2020 Posted March 11, 2020 Also works for Word 2013, Excel 2013, PowerPoint 2013 and Publisher 2013. 1
Koldov Posted March 11, 2020 Posted March 11, 2020 Where did you find the list? Is this the correct one? https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=50745
Salomo Posted February 25 Posted February 25 It works for me within excel, but only for the option 'place over cells' not for 'place in cells'. Is the last one a different ID?
