Wireless card is losing WiFi connection

Hi

 

I have intel dualbased wireless which keeps loosing the internet connection as we are using it with tv screen to display call volumes.

I think it it due to inactivity, I have disabled ‘allow the pc to turn off the device.......’ . Allow this device to wake..... option is greyed out.

 

PnpCapabilities are set to 24.

 

Laptop is up to date and always plugged in .

In power management settings are set to maximum performance.

 

Can anyone advice what I am missing

Make sure the wires for the antennas are secure. Anything in the BIOS?
