[sims] Exams Equivalent Grade Not Appearing

I am running the candidate statement of results in Exams and for some students it shows the mark followed by the equivalent grade (eg, 30 p1). But SIMS is randomly removing the equivalent grade even though it is in the Equivalent marksheet as normal. Example, the marksheet has a mark of 30 and grade of p1 but the results statement says mark 30 and equivalent 30.

 

Any idea how to fix this?
