[sims] SIMS Behaviour Report for all students taught by a given teacher

Hello all,

Hoping someone might be able to help please. I'm a teacher with some programming/SQL/MS-Access experience but I'm really struggling to create a report which will find all the behaviour incidents raised against all the students taught by a given teacher. Ideally, I'ld like the teacher to put in their three letter code and get a word/excel list.

 

I'm thinking it should be possible to link from staff to classes, to pupils to behaviour reports .

 

Any advice greatly appreciated.

Hi

In Sims go to Reports-Design Report and select Open an Existing Report, from the Open Report select Focus-Behaviour Incidents and open the Behaviour Incident Report. You should be able to save that as a Report for you under a different name and modfy it to extract the information that you want. The default output is Word List I believe, but you can change the output to Excel.
