Lucid Exact Cloud license

Has anyone moved over to the cloud based Lucid Exact licensing provided by GL Assessment?

 

From what I understand, our current on-site license covers us for concurrent sessions. So we have 40 licenses which means up to 40 people can be using it at any one time but we can do as many tests and add as many students as we like. We asked Lucid about this and is apparently correct.

 

Our license is up for renewal but we are now having to move to their cloud based solution (yay, 1 less SQL database). BUT, they now charger per student per test. So our license costs is going from £200~ to about £1000.

 

Anyone else have the same experiance?
