Senior IT Technician - 3 Month Contract with possibility to extend

Pattern of work: Full Time

Salary: Depending on Experience

 

Matthew Arnold School are seeking to appoint a Senior IT Technician responsible to assist in the support, management and maintenance of the IT network.

 

The role will have specific responsibilities:

 

• 1st/2nd Line IT Support provision

• IT repair and maintenance

• Help desk & support requests

• Software installations and maintenance

• Assisting and supporting the central team with projects during school holidays to improve the school network

• Support examination department in preparing for exams

• Manage the school printer suite

• Manage school classroom equipment such as computers, audio/visual and classroom safety

• G-suite experience

• Windows 10 support experience
