If the agreement includes DsktpEdu ALNG LicSAPk OLV F 1Y Acdmc Ent 2UJ-00012, does this mean they're entitled to the free Office 365 licenses?

We have almost identical, but we have 2UJ-00008 - but the description is identical, and this entitled ours to the free Office 365 licenses for Pro Plus? We simply had to ask our reseller to include the part numbers S2Y-00003 (O365ProPlusOpenStudents ShrdSvr ALNG SubsVL OLV NL 1Mth Acdmc AddOntoOPP) and S3Y-00005 (O365ProPlusOpenFclty ShrdSvr ALNG SubsVL OLV F 1Mth Acdmc AP AddOn toOPP) with the quantities of each license we wanted. Never been an issue for us in about 4 years now...

 

However best advice is to definitely check with your license reseller for 100% confirmation.
