rickjames Posted February 17, 2020 Posted February 17, 2020 Morning all. Trying to scratch my head around what should be a simple request, but finding little information to go off. We need to block the ability for users to install a specific MS add-in from the Store via Outlook, specifically Findtime. I can see GPOs about disabling the Store entirely, and stuff in the O365 admin centre about deploying add ins/services, but nothing about blocking access to just this specific one. How on Earth do we go about it?
sarge Posted February 17, 2020 Posted February 17, 2020 Try using Microsoft Store for Education configure you own private store . set gpo only to show Private store.
rickjames Posted February 17, 2020 Author Posted February 17, 2020 Isn't that more for apps for Windows 10 rather than an add-in for an O365 application?
chaplic Posted February 26, 2020 Posted February 26, 2020 Unhelpfully I don't think we're talking about the Microsoft Store, nor the Microsoft Store for business. This is the Office Store, different again. You can turn off all Office store apps by Services and Add in,User owned apps and services in the O365 admin console.
