Capita SIMS : Designing Pupil report using assessment data

I have pupil report which uses two assessment results in the data fields. The report output is an RTF file. When I preview the report the column headings for both assessment results is 'Result'. I would like to use the assessment results in the report. Both fields get shown in 'Insert Report Field' drop down as 'Result' and when I select them it always brings in the value of the first assessment result. How can I differentiate between the different assessment results?

In the Report Design in SIMS, click on the field in the list of Fields being included in the report, and then edit the Caption (found above the list at the top of the screen). The new name will then appear in the square brackets after the field name. Just make sure that you don't make the names too similar - RTF reports often get 'confused' when several fields start with the same text (so don't call them Result 1 and Result 2, for example).
