Clevertouch and wifi certificates

Hi all,

Hoping there may be someone who has faced adding their Clevertouch boards to wifi using certificaes before.

 

I do have an open ticket with Clevertouch but haven't heard back for over a week now. It is now week 3 of our school year in Australia.

I am in the middle of a 6 month install of over fifty 86" panels at school.

We use three certificates for access to wifi.

 

When I bundle the certificates into a pfx file (which Clevertouch accepts according to them) it asks for a password to open the certificates.

When I export the certificates as a single pfx file, you are forced to set a password. I have done this so many times I am now using the number one as a password. Constantly seeing the warning that the password is incorrect.

 

Would you know of anyone who has successfully installed certificates? I can add a single certificate in .CER format but we require three.

I've had this problem but with some of the older X70 boards. A firmware update seems to have fixed it on 1 board

We can test on the others next week and let you know.
