First time poster here so sorry if I've put this in the wrong place.

Hoping someone can help, our logo is a GIF that changes in the users signatures. Though it would seem that Outlook limits this to only loop 3 times automatically and then it pauses the GIF making the user manually have to click to resume again.

The GIF continues forever on Outlook for Mac, OWA O365, Gmail and phone email clients. Only Outlook does it have the limitation of three times.

Does anyone know of a setting somewhere so I can make it constantly loop forever on Outlook for Windows?

I don't believe you can get it to loop forever on the Windows client.

A embedded gif sounds like it's more likely to not work than work for end-users though.

No idea, but that's the worst thing I've ever heard of. Is your school sponsored by 90s Geocities?

I wasn't keen either but it's what the teachers wanted, thought it caught your eye.

Thank you I thought not :( Not sure why they stop it from working but now no one will believe me that it does loop forever and they think it only loops three times.

I tried an embedded gif but still same rule applies, thank you anyway though.

I had a similar conversation about putting contact details in an image that also contained the school logo and showed them that most schools (and many other email systems) block images by default, so the consequence of them making it "look pretty" was that no one would actually see the information.
