Vidifox i-5520 visualiser

Morning All,

 

I have taken over IT Support for a school that has these visualisers recently, however they have no idea as to how they work, it appears these are wireless visualisers, however I cannot connect to the via the network or by plugging a USB cable directly in to them, after ringing technical support for the company that makes these they say they are no longer giving support to UK customers for them, has anyone got any advice for these at all?
