sccm inplace upgrade 1909 from win 7

however got this error was wondering if any one could help or come across this or had any ideas thanks

On your upgrade TS have you told it to ignore any compat errors? Honestly with that large an inplace upgrade it's likely to have something flag up which would interrupt the install

0xc1900208 refers to an application incompatibility, as Steve21 mentioned, you can set your task sequence to ignore compatibility errors and continue on regardless.

 

Edit TS > Upgrade the operating system step > Check "Ignore any dismissible compatibility messages"

 

If you want, you can also find out what program(s) are blocking the upgrade by going to the appraiser log file in C:\$Windows.~ BT\Sources\Panther and finding the latest file that includes "APPRAISER_HumanReadable.xml" and investigate that.
