Can anyone recommend any good sites for tips/tricks with Access?

 

I've got a number of Excel documents that I think would be better suited to access, certainly for some of the analysis I do it would be far quicker and simpler to pull it via a query and some basic and quick tests I've done work.

 

I can then merge all these into 1 database which will make interrogating it easier I think in the future.

Try this Microsoft Access help, tutorials, examples, it is only up to Access 2010 but not too bad and quite well structured. I would advise that you get hold of either Access (Insert Version using Here) for Dummies or the Access (Insert Version using Here) Bible as they come with cd/dvd resources. A very good investment.

If you're just starting a project, don't go with Access, it's super dead.

Database has already been in use for a number of years with some data in it. It does me for what I am doing with it, its a home project.
