The GORSE Academies Trust seek to employ a skilled and committed IT Technician to join the IT Services team at The Morley Academy. Under the leadership of the Hub IT Manager, the successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of The Morley Academy’s IT service and provide excellent support to the staff and students.

The Morley Academy provides outstanding education to students from across the Leeds region with the student’s best interests at the heart of everything the academy does. The Morley Academy is the founding academy of The GORSE Academies Trust. In March 2009 The academy were judged to be ‘Outstanding’ by OFSTED and in May 2013 were re-designated as Outstanding in all aspects of our provision. Furthermore, in December 2016 the academy were officially designated a World Class School.

To be successful you must be passionate about IT, education and delivering an outstanding service, and be committed to our vision, values and culture. You must be a strong team player who shares our values and appreciates the benefits of working in partnership and collaboration with others. You will ideally have at least 2 years’ experience, but applications from willing candidates with less experience are welcome.
