DrBeaker Posted January 22, 2020 Posted January 22, 2020 We've got similar in one room now. Smartboard in the middle of the unit and sliding whiteboards either side it can be covered up with. Our SBM used http://www.av745.com/ for the AV work and the furniture company to actually build the furniture, but they didn't involve me in the process so don't have full details. 2

SamanthaD Posted July 23, 2020 Posted July 23, 2020 I'd be concerned about the "decent sound" part of your request. That's basically a huge echo chamber you've got your speakers in when the boards are open for screen use. Seriously suggest getting separate speakers fitted outside of the rails.
TronXP Posted July 23, 2020 Posted July 23, 2020 Well we have never had that problem in the 3+ years we have had these enclosures. The Sound from the screens themselves are to queit, so many of them have sound bars added below\above the screens. The enclosure is just bigger than the Screen so it isn't a cavernous space and the speakers are pointing outwards of the enclosure.

I'm sure a lot of schools would like the Sliding whiteboard thing over a screen.
