Christ, we kicked up stink when our chain did similar although ours did need upgrading (crap Dlink to aruba) - I think I've had handed in my keys and walked off site if anyone did that when your existing kit is more than capable and futureproof like that!

Might be worth stating roughly where you are in the UK and ballpark figures... as that is some pricey kit.
