Chromebooks logging in and out

Hi All,

 

Have an issue with out Chromebooks, i'm not an expert on them. I didn't do the initial setup and only really know the OS and not how G-Suite management hangs together.

 

We have an issue where most of our Chromebooks when you go to login with you google account, after your put your email and password in the screen goes black and flashes back to the login screen. It's just an endless cycle!

 

Any help would be great!

try connecting one to your phone / other unfiltered wifi last time i saw that it was filtering related

Works on our unfiltered network, which is strange as this worked fine before xmas. Looking in our logs i can see it's blocking play.google.com and google.com. We haven't changed anything!

 

Cheers this seems to be the issue!
