I believe the only way is to open the marksheets and export individually, either as formatted or unformatted, saving and then combining. There are a number of shortcuts and tricks you can use depending on how you want the results showing and what information you need but I would need more detail about what you want to achieve to answer specifically.

Thanks for the reply, we just want the data ie the marks entered in the marksheets to be located in one excel file, name of the student class , year and SID info would be helpful.

This sounds similar to something I do. The way I do it is to create a single template which contains the aspects which holds the current round of marks/Grades for all the subjects for a particular year. I then have a marksheet for the whole year, open it and export it unformatted. I do this for each year and copy all the sheets into a single prepared workbook with each year as a separate tab. I use the Reports-Student list-General Student list to create an excel spreadsheet which shows all student subject Groups and use this as a lookup. It takes a bit of time to prepare in the first instance but allows me to update, process and analyse very quickly, effectively less than an hour from completion of data entry for the whole school.Strand Analysis Master Modified 2019-20 Autumn Anonymised.zipStrand Analysis Master Modified 2019-20 Autumn Anonymised.zip I have attached an anonymised copy of the spreadsheet I use, feel free to play with it and adapt if useful.

Good luck
