RemoteAPP Server Issue

Today i've gone to add another APP to our remoteapp server, and found that I got an error . I have screenshot below the error message in server manager, the error when trying to start the remote desktop management service, and the event log error.

Currently stuck and cannot find an answer which works.

Please could anyone assist?

Everything seems to be working as normal for users accessing apps etc.

Check the internal SQL server and databases are ok, (If you got SQL management tools installed somewhere, or can temp install them directly) seen this when one is sitting in recovery mode and needs bringing online

 

It's normally "rdcms" one if it's having a whine, but can depend etc

That was one of the articles i found today but it all looks normal.

I think we've seen this (or similar) with a race condition on the Windows Firewall / RDMS service - try to restart the firewall service and then start the rdms service.

Firewall is disabled but restarted anyway and still no joy.
