37 hours per week - full time, all year round

This position is for a Technician Manager (Assistant Network) who will have responsibility for providing support and maintenance of the ICT network to the whole school.

 

Main responsibilities include managing one Technician, ensuring support requests are dealt with in a timely, satisfactory and professional manner, monitoring, updating and maintaining the network infrastructure in liaison and with assistance from our off-site IT support provider. The role requires the individual to work with staff and pupils and therefore good communication skills are an important element to the job role.
