[sims] FMS - BACS text file for submitting to the BANK file path error?

Our Bursar has asked me to look into the creation of a TXT file from FMS as a BACS run is completed.

 

In the settings of FMS, this path is correctly set as:

 

C:\Program Files (x86)\SIMS\FMSSQL\Transfer

 

However, I have found that the file is actually created here:

 

C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\SIMS\FMSSQL\Transfer

 

I'm not sure what prompts this behaviour, possibly a permissions issue (but I thought FMS would just error - not that it was clever enough to find an alternate path)....

 

Does anyone know if FMS requires folders to have write permissions set for the Windows User?

 

EDIT: This is from the user - it appears that when uploading to the bank the options of where to browse for this file are limited (unfortunately I cannot do multiple false BACS runs to troubleshoot).
