Hi All

 

I have been asked to put %punctuality on the the individual report. Unfortunately, there is no ready made field available in AM. However, we should be able to calculate this using the available fields such as possible sessions, number of sessions late etc.

Currently i calculate this manually and store in an aspect and display on the report. As you know this is time consuming and wondering if this can be achieved using the VBA. I assume you could add some codes in document_open () sub procedure to do this but how do i access those fields mentioned above or even this is possible? If anyone has ever done this before, could you please advise me how i can access those fields.
