Exchange online delay mail

My senior management team have asked me to globally delay all emails going out does any one if this is possible with exchange online.

Someone sent an email to the wrong person, they want to delay all mail going out for 5 mins.

I think this is a training issue rather than a technical one. It’ll still be an issue if you don’t realise within 5 minutes.
