[sims] Annual Entitlement

We have just received our annual entitlement from SIMs that has Lesson Monitor on it. We no longer use this for day to day attendance and use a web based system instead. Our SLT seem to think we still need Lesson Monitor to work in the background although no-one is using it. Is this correct?

Does the web based system write back to lesson registers in SIMS?

It writes back the Am/Pm marks but not the individual lessons.

I think you may be correct, may be worth asking the online supplier just to be right.

 

Lesson Monitor is for individual lessons, AM/PM is covered by the standard core SIMS license under Attendance

We didn't have Lesson Monitor and still wrote back AM/PM.

 

The other lessons were recorded in the database of the web based system only.
