Jamman960 Posted November 20, 2019 Posted November 20, 2019 our SEN department use Lucid Rapid for Dyslexia screening on a few laptops, I've found that if the mouse is wiggled around while the questions are being asked it often freezes or crashes, is anyone else using this and finding it stable? For now I've borrowed a touch screen from elsewhere which looks like it'll do the job but I'd rather get it working with a mouse James
noelmm Posted November 20, 2019 Posted November 20, 2019 We use this on a few of our desktops with no problems in terms of crashing. The software isn't the best but once it is running it appears to be stable, we're running it on Windows 8.1 machines.
