FSRM Throwing up error. Screening not working

Hi all,

 

I have noticed that FSRM is not blocking executable's being saved in student areas. The files cannot be run due to applocker, but would prefer them not to be there in the first place.

 

I know that FSRM was working, but now when I tried to create or delete a file screen i get this error:

 

 

and this is event viewer:

 

 

I haven't tried restarting the server yet, but will do tonight. Is there a service that FSRM relies on?

That looks more like an incorrectly configured FRSM rule, missing a valid value (eg filename mask or suchlike), rather than a server/service issue?

I did think this but I get the same error when I try to delete a rule as well.

Is one of the other rules (that you're not deleting) somehow corrupt - can you edit/save each of them?

Not sure, I am unable to delete any of them at the moment. Hoping a restart will help.

Did a restart and still getting the same error.
