Office 2016 editing language

I have 1 user who is having issues with the editing language within Office 2016.

 

The region etc on her pc are set to UK and the office editing language is set to UK English via GPO.

 

However despite this when using the spell checker etc English US is being used.

 

I've not had any complaints from anyone else so I'm assuming it's an isolated issue. Her pc was reimaged last week to upgrade to Windows 10 but still the issue is present.

 

Has anyone else had this?

You say the region is set to UK, but is it a US English version of Windows 10 - i.e. the default language pack? If it is, getting it to work correctly with English GB is quite difficult and we usually recommend rebuilding with the English International ISO instead.

The PC was reimaged using the same image every other pc was imaged with. Also when logged in as any other user it wants fine just not this one particular user.

 

We don't use roaming profiles or anything like that, I checked settings with office and windows and everything seems fine

Is it when using a certain file, or even creating a brand new one? (As in after a profile is cleaned, does opening a new file still have wrong language? or only after "user workings")

 

I've had it before when a region/language option is set within a file, and reusing the file sets that language (Specifically French for me but guessing same can apply to other fake languages )

As far as I'm aware it's all files but I'll have to check
