Need a silent, layer3 stackable Switch

Can anyone recommend a stackable, layer 3 switch which is silent.

Ideally needs to have SFP+ but not essential.

 

The key is it needs to be silent

Netgear do some I think but not cheap, the M4300 series 8X8 (the fans kick in at certain temp by the looks of it), the Aruba 2930f seem very good from my experience but the only silent option is the 2930f 8 port PoE+ with 2 X SPF+. Edited October 22, 2019 by Davit2005
