School's Broadband Filtering issue with Youtube

Has anyone had recent issues with Youtube getting blocked under Social Networking / Mixed Catergory policy on the inline filter?

 

We got YouTube working a few weeks ago by allowing streamed media in category but now its getting blocked by above.

 

Also, you can add youtube.com in the URL allow list but when testing that out it allows a lot of adult content through as well!

Same, I put a ticket in - I didn't want to allow any of those categories either. Unchecking the youtube options under web apps / audio video / youtube doesn't seem to help either
