Auto input MFP Authentication Copier code?

We have a Ricoh MFP that maps through Group Policy to users desktops for them to print, the device is setup with Authentication codes on the Copier, they then need to input in Printer preferences\Autnetication/Account Track on the PC for it to authenticate and print..

The problem is we have to do this manually (for every user) as the staff don`t know\Cant do this.

Does anyone know any way that these Authentication codes can be inputted automatically?

A lot of print drives have a way of getting this to pop up when printing rather than going and finding it.

We did a similar thing with our Sharp MFP copiers. Used a registry snapshot tool to figure out what keys were being set whenever you input the code manually into printer preferences, and then used a logon script (via GPO) to set those registry keys. In our case it's a bit more complicated, as we have multiple codes, so we have a vbscript (yeah yeah) pulling codes from an sql database and setting those per user.
