Papercut - charging greyscale instead of colour - printing in colour

We have been informed about an issue in papercut and through my testing it seems the finger points to papercut.

The issue is when a document (in this test powerpoint) is in colour and the print paper size is different to the original paper size, the job is charged as a greyscale job but prints in colour. If the print paper size is the same as the original paper size the job is charged at a colour rate which is what is supposed to happen.

We have tried the following:

- Diferent windows versions (LTSC2019 & LTSB2016)

- Different Powerpoint version (2016 & 2019)

- There are no new drivers for the MFDs

- Documents printed via adobe reader also produce this error

- Different users - this doesn't make a difference

Yeh I noticed the same thing, I just changed all our black and white printers to 0.02 a copy in the printers menu. Colour printers I put up to 0.20 for all copies. Seems to work for us.

Turns out there is a new driver available for our MFDs (toshiba) however it's not on the toshiba MFD website yet.

Updating the driver has solved our issue incase anyone else comes across this issue.
