Pen issues within Powerpoint/Calibration

We`ve got an issue at the moment where when a user is using Powerpoint in presenter mode, the pen is out of sync - meaning when they write on the board (Which are Clevertouch screens) they are going elsewhere on the screen. This appears to be fixed when a setting is changed in display - "Change the size of text, apps and other items" to 100%. All the PCs that have had issues so far have been set to 150%.

 

Any ideas of a proper fix? It`s not ideal as at the moment it`s not always taking effect until the user has signed out and back in, which mid-lesson is not ideal.
