Oshens.com pop-up not working

I was ask in to the heads office to ask me why the pop-ups were not popping up? We checked Firefox's settings and the pop-up blocker was inactive and if it was the site was an exception. The information from our local authority was a cut and paste reply, the only difference was "The website works best in Internet Explorer and on windows machines." which was not much help.

Has anyone experienced this pop-ups not working issue, even though they should work on a Mac; dose anyone know of a solution to getting them working? I am not sure if developer menu in safari and user agent as Microsoft Edge will work? Or Microsoft Edge for Mac will work?

Issue solved. Someone else signs it off, hence why it was grey out.
